Return Process

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order ID and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect food items.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the provided images to verify the concern against our freshness and packaging standards.
- 3.Approval Notification
Once the verification is complete, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval of your replacement or refund request.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, or a fresh replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost.
